2 Chicken breast
Preheat to oven to 400. Put about 1tbs of olive oil on 2 chicken breast. Cook for about 30 mins. Remove from oven allow to cool
1 English Cucumber
1/2 of coleslaw mix no dressing
1/2 cup of Bangkok peanut sauce
1/4 dry roasted peanuts
2 packages of skinny noodles
1/4 of cilantro
Diced cucumbers. Crush peanuts. Drain skinny noodles. In a bowl add skinny noodles, cucumber, coleslaw, cilantro and dried peanuts.
Once chicken is cooled. Shredded chicken with fork and add to bowl. add peanut sauce dressing and mix
