Crockpot chicken tacos

Chicken

1. Put chicken breast in crockpot

2. Add 1/2 chicken broth

3. Add 1 cup of salsa

4. Teaspoon of chili powder

5. 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

6. 1 teaspoon of onion powder

7. 1 teaspoon of cumin

8. Set crockpot on high and cook 3-4 hours

9. Take chicken out and shredded

10. Put chicken back in and cook on low for about 30 more minutes

Corn salsa

1. Add canned corn to pan on med high

2. Dice jalapeños and onion

3. Add to pan

4. Season with 1 teaspoon of cumin and chili powder

3. Cook for about 5-7 minutes

4. Remove from heat, add cilantro and Parmesan cheese

Assemble taco with chicken, corn salsa, cilantro and favorite salsa or sauce
