Sunday Dinner Recipe 💭💡👩🏽🍳
INGREDIENTS
-Red Green Yellow Orange Bell Pepper
-Jumbo Sweet Onion
-Land o Lakes Unsalted Butter
-White Vinegar
-Slap Yo Mama Seasoning
-Onion Powder
-Garlic Powder
-Lemon Pepper Seasoning
-Crushed Red Pepper
-Morton's Nature Seasoning
-Mt.Olive Jalapeño Slices
-Louisiana Hot sauce
-Chicken Broth
INSTRUCTIONS
-Chop up your veggies!!
-In some hot water, you want to boil your pig feet for 45-60 minutes! Then rinse and drain them! (They’re not done yet so don’t bite nothing!)
-In your pressure cooker, add 1 stick of unsalted butter
-Add half of your veggies
-Now add 2 cups of chicken broth
-Add your pig feet
-Add 2 tsp of slap ya mama!! (I added a little more)
-Add 2 tsp of garlic powder
-Add 2 tsp of lemon pepper
-Add 2 tsp of onion powder
-A 4 sprinkles of red crushed pepper
-Add 2 tsp of nature’s seasoning
-Add a half of jar of sliced jalapeños!! (Use less if you can’t handle spicy)
-Add 2 cups of vinegar!
-Now add 14 dashes of hot sauce(or less)
-Add the rest of your veggies
-Slow cook for 90 minutes
-Open it and see how tender it is
-Now cook it for 30 more minutes
-Check on them after 30 minutes!! Give them a nice shake to make sure they tender enough!!
-Plate it up nice with some rice!! Sprinkle some crushed red peppers and parsley on it! Now enjoy!
