Another Halal Japanese restaurant?!

Whether you're a Muslim or not, it is really hard to find a Halal Japanese restaurant in Singapore, so here's another location which you can add to your 'to-visit' list!

The restaurant boasts a warm and inviting atmosphere, featuring wooden decor & subtle minimalist touches that embody the relaxed izakaya style. It's the perfect setting for unwinding!

They offer dishes such as Agemono, Appetizer & Side Dish, Japanese Salad, Kushiyaki, Nimono, Yakimono, Sushi & Maki. If you are a sashimi lover, it is available too!

There's set meals like Kaminabe & Sushi Rice Bowl or Udon & Ramen.

Since it's a Halal restaurant, this diner does not serve alcohol, but they do have juices, coffee & tea, Japanese Soda, Tonic & Soft Drinks!

🦪 Seasonal Fresh Oysters | $ I-forgot-the-price | ⭐5/5

IT WAS SO SO FRESH & the portion is HUGE!! It comes with lemon but i wished there's some salt provided to add some ✨extra✨ taste / texture. If you are not used to eating fresh oysters & feel like there's a certain taste, Tobasco is available so you can spam it!

🐟 Shishamo with sauce | $10 | ⭐5/5

The batter is not too thick, but so crisp on the outside, while the meat is so soft & tender! My bf got to eat this for the first time and he loved it!

🍲 Seafood Nabe with Rice | $18 | ⭐5/5

This is so cute! It's like a mini hotpot style that comes with a bowl of rice. You got to let the ingredients (salmon, tofu, cabbage, prawn, carrot, mushrooms) cook a little and you can start eating~

The broth is not too thick yet rich in flavour - it doesn't make you feel sick / 'jelak' !!

🍙 Chirashi Don with Miso Soup| $22 | ⭐5/5

Their seafood is really fresh! Tuna & salmon slices are thick and the cut is really really good 🤤🤤🤤 There's sliced tamago and fish roe in the bowl too!

We mixed everything together with the wasabi and fish roes etc etc, the texture was SOLID

🤍 As a whole, the vibes there was really chill and laid-back, not too noisy or crowded (we went to dine at around 5.30pm)!

🤍 Food were served pretty fast too!
