Bike & Beats is a 45 minute Boutique style cycle class where we ride to the beat of the music. Sick beats, high intensity, full body cycle burn with some arms and choreography. 🚴🏼‍♀️

I take these classes at John Reed Dallas and enjoy it so much! 💗 It is so fun to burn calories this way! It also helps my mental so much. 💕
