Cookies n cream cookies 🍪

Ingredients for the cookies!!! 🥰 1/2 cup butter (softened) 115

1/3 cup white sugar 65g💝

+ 2/3 cup brown sugar 140g

1 egg

2 teaspoons vanilla essence

2 cups all-purpose flour 240g

1/2 teaspoon baking soda💝

1 block white chocolate

1 packet oreos

🍪

1/3 block dark chocolate

cookies & cream cookies

Method:

Oreo chocolate ~

Melt your white chocolate in the microwave in 20 second intervals. Add 6 crushed oreo cookies to the melted

white chocolate and pour onto a lined tray and freeze while you prep your cookies.

Cookies ~

1. Soften butter in the microwave (you don't want it fully melted, just

softened). I did mine for 30 seconds on the low setting.

2. Add your brown sugar and white sugar and whisk. Add your egg and vanilla and whisk until velvety.

3. Add your flour and baking soda and fold gently until just combined. Chop your Oreo chocolates and add to the cookie dough. Add on extra crushed Oreos and some dark chocolate.

4. Roll into balls and place on a baking tray. They will spread so leave enough room. Freeze balls on the tray for 10mins.

5. Preheat oven to 170C

bake for
