• I’m on my second round of Invisalign due to poor habits of not wearing my night retainer as I should’ve😔

• BUT, the outcome I got from this is being prepared for my aligner journey. When I first got my aligners a few years ago, I had nooo idea what to buy- I experienced the pain first hand and then did my research. The first few weeks all I repeated to myself was: I should’ve just prepared.

•Aligners can be very painful and uncomfortable. Luckily, we’re only required to wear 22 hours a day, which leaves the other 2 hours in which we should spend eating and drinking … more as break time for our teeth.
