#lemon8diarychallenge I really been trying to put off some of this mommy tummy , but I just can’t get into meal prep or even get to a gym atm, can anyone comment some positive things I could do to start. Even if it’s a diet ! I’ll try anything to get a good routine started to get this weight off ! 🫶🏽🫶🏽
