𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁!!)

- after the class, (if you’ve really focused) you’ll realise how clear and “free” you can become. week after week, it’ll help keep your mind back in track

- tip: try to go for sunday classes to “end” your past week and “restart” for your new week ahead

𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 & 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲

- in order to execute certain poses well and ensure you’re using the right body parts and etc., you’ll need full focus and proper breathing techniques

- with each practice, you’ll start getting a momentum as you pick up the pace, and soon it’ll help with your concentration as well as balance

- control your breathing well enough and you’ll tackle the tree pose after three tries!

𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗽𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀

- as mentioned earlier, after each class, you can slowly release all the “bad energy” (temporarily) and focus on the good vibes instead

- by restarting your day/ week, it gives you a chance to let go of certain things and move ahead, so that you will no longer have to carry on the “burden”
