🌸2013: I had no confidence in who I was, where my life was going, etc. I was lost. I found the gym as a constant in my life, and haven’t looked back.

⚡️2015: Finally figuring out what exercises to do, watching YouTube videos, and implementing workout plans. I slowly was gaining muscle and learning how to eat properly.

🫗2016: I gained some weight, but overall still looked good. I was in a very unhealthy relationship, and I was constantly stressed. My cortisol was crazy and I had adrenal fatigue, which lead to crazy hormones and weight gain.

🍑2017: I poured myself into the gym, and was able to love my body. I was still not confident in who I was, and where my life was going. Eventually I turned to drugs and alcohol to cope with the unhealthy relationship and to escape my reality. It was a slippery slope, and I struggled for a long time trying to get out of it.

🍸2019: The heaviest I had ever been. I was non stop drinking, partying, eating out, etc. I had so much inflammation all over my body and hated how I looked.

💪🏽2021: I finally was able to stay consistent for a long time in the gym, and implemented healthy habits. I felt alive, fresh, and happy. I secured a lot of modeling gigs, and that pushed me to stay on track.

💃🏽2022: I kept going, and got in the best shape of my life. I felt strong, lean, and toned. I was lifting the most I ever had, running the farthest, and feeling amazing.

🤰🏽2022: And then I got pregnant. I was active my entire pregnancy.

🐥2023: Today, I am 8 months post pardon and proud of how far I have come. I still have a ways to go to get to my ideal body, but I am constantly working on myself and trying to improve.

Our bodies are amazing, and can endure a lot. It’s important to give ourselves grace when it comes to reaching our goals. There are so many other factors that contribute to being successful in the gym, and it takes a lot of effort to stay consistent.
