Sweet Tooth for Gym Girls😋

I’m all about natural health and wellness but DAMN do I have a sweet tooth! And when I say sweet tooth I mean I’m rummaging through the pantry at least once a day for something sweet and I will cut down anyone that gets in the way of me and my treat😂 To be perfectly honest a bowl of fruit just doesn’t hit the same as a cookie okay?! So these are my happy mediums to satisfy my sweet cravings while staying on track with ma fitness💪🏼😋
