GYM GIRL GROCERY FINDS (TARGET EDITION)

heyy yall here are some healthy gym girl grocery finds i love to get at target! I get these nearly every week when I go grocery shopping and they are a total game changer for fueling my body throughout the week.

• FIBER ONE BARS:

these yummy fiber bars come in a lot of flavors but my favorite one by far is brownie (although the bday cake one is also very good). It’s a perfect snack to satisfy a sweet tooth while also being a calorie light option!

• GOOD & GATHER GARLIC HERB CHICKEN BREAST:

These pre-seasoned chicken breast’s are very convenient and tasty to pop in the air fryer or oven after a long day, especially if you’re busy and don’t have time to make a chicken breast from scratch or go out and buy them fresh! They have a long freezer life and make eating healthy a lot easier.

• EXTRA THIN PROVOLONE CHEESE:

I used to avoid cheese at all costs since I always thought they were too high in calories and only contributed to a high fat diet, however I was WRONGG and discovered extra thin provolone and was excited to see how friendly they were to a healthy diet! They are a perfect add on to bagels, sandwiches, wraps, and more!

• PINK SALT LESSER EVIL HIMALAYAN POPCORN:

I am absolutely in LOVE with Lesser Evil popcorn! They have all sorts of yummy flavors but this one is my go to. And the macros are amazing.

• XTREME WELLNESS TORTILLA:

This low calorie high fiber tortilla wrap is a life saver when it comes to wraps & burritos because its macros are amazing and it still tastes great! It’s also very versatile and super convenient!!
