Resepi ROTI BOY foolproof 🥯

Hello everyone!

Feels good to be back with new recipe. I believe almost all of us know and are in love with Roti Boy aite? The smell, the softness, the taste and everything about it is just so good 😋

Hence, I’ve been trying to make them on my own and luckily it works! Despite being a bad baker, I would say that this recipe is foolproof so yeah guys go for it!

Steps:

1) Mix milk with yeast and sugar.

2) Then, add on egg, flour and a lil bit of salt

3) Mix them well

4) Knead for 10 mins

5) Add salted butter

6) Knead for 10 mins

7) Let it rest for 1 hour

8) Knead a lil bit then rest for 15 mins

9) Seperate then and put butter inside!

10) Let then rise for 35 mins

11) Pipe the coffee topping and then into the oven!

Although the steps seem a lot, trust me it’s just repetitive and I would say it is fairly easy!
