Super Easy Roti Boy Recipe

4 spoons of planta

80 g icing sugar

2 small packets of Instant Coffee (6g)

2 teaspoons Hot Water (10ml)

1 egg

80 g Wheat Flour

A pinch of salt

Bread

4-8 pieces of Gardenia Bread

2 spoons of salted butter

Step:

1) Mix 2 tablespoons of instant coffee with 3 tablespoons of hot water and put it aside.

2) Mix 4 tablespoon of planta together with 2 tablespoons of icing sugar.

3) Crack one egg into the mixture.

4) Pour the coffee into the mixture

5) Add in 3 tablespoons of flour and mix well.

6) Spread some butter onto plain bread

7) Place a slice of cheese

8) Cover it with plain bread

9) Pipe the batter onto the bread

10) Bake for 10 minutes at 200c
