☑️ INGREDIENTS:

- 1 canister of jumbo biscuits, 8 count

- 1 lb flavored ground sausage (I used feta and spinach chicken sausage, but feel free to use any ground sausage you like!)

- 2 pkgs (2.3 oz) peppered gravy mix

- 7 eggs

- 1/2 cup milk

- 1.5 cups shredded cheese

- Tony Catcher's seasoning (to taste)

- Onion powder, light dusting

- Garlic powder, light dusting

INSTRUCTIONS:

1️⃣ Thoroughly cook the ground sausage of your choice.

2️⃣ Prepare the gravy according to the directions on the package.

3️⃣ Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Line the bottom of a greased 9"x13" baking dish with the biscuits.

4️⃣ Spread the cooked sausage evenly over the biscuits. Sprinkle about a cup of the shredded cheese over the sausage.

5️⃣ In a small bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, and desired amount of cajun seasoning together. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese.

6️⃣ Evenly spread 2/3 of the pan of prepared gravy over the egg mixture. The remaining gravy can be set aside to serve with the cooked casserole.

7️⃣ Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the gravy.

8️⃣ Place the dish in a 350° preheated oven for about 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the biscuits are cooked all the way through.

9️⃣ Serve hot with a side of extra gravy and enjoy.
