I don’t know why so many people throw away the QR codes they get when they go shopping.

You usually get a QR code if you purchase something with the “healthy” pyramid symbol on the packaging.

You have to collect the QR codes. I always see people throwing it away and aunties picking it up LMAO

Because you can redeem it for EZ-Link money. I’ve redeemed about a total of $20+ so far because of all of these codes.

But yes. I always see people throw away the codes because they think it’s useless. But you’re actually throwing away money.

I can bet the supermarket staff take it for themselves if customers who are blur and don’t bother taking the QR codes and they scan it for themselves lol.

But yeah you’re throwing away money when you throw the codes away or not take your receipts. I don’t know why people don’t get a receipt when they buy things.
