Ingredients:

1 lb banana peppers

2 tbsp minced garlic

3 cups vinegar

2 cups water

2 tbsp salt

1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp mustard seed

1 tsp celery seed

Directions:

Add sliced banana peppers and garlic to 2 quart jars.

(4 pint jars)

In sauce pan over med/high heat combine white vinegar, water, salt, sugar, mustard seed, and celery seed.

Stir until completely dissolved and almost a boil then remove from heat.

Fill jars about 1/2 an inch from the top with brine.

Clean around the rim of jars and place tops on.

Process 15-20 mins in boiling water of canner.

Wait at least 24hr a to enjoy.
