Aerial silk classes in Brooklyn

Sassy Pants Aerial is a company run by Laura Witwer. She teaches out of different gyms and studios around NYC and Brooklyn. Her aerial silk classes are located at Streb, Inc (51 N 1st st in Brooklyn).

I personally don't enjoy working out but this class does not feel like a workout at all! It feels like I'm just learning a new skill and having fun and the benefits happen to include becoming toned and strong!

If you're nervous about starting a new hobby like silks, don't worry! Laura really cares about each and every one of her students and ensures you feel safe, comfortable and are having fun! The classes are also relatively small and the other students are super friendly so even if you mess up everyone is quick to give you tips.
