Veggie Tray Hack

If you’re a busy mama, nursing mama, or just anyone trying to eat healthier but have a difficult time. I swear by this weekly veggie tray method! Pick your favorite dip, ass in your favorite veggies and even some new veggies to her versatile. This way when you need a quick snack you’re not grabbing for the pre packaged bars, chips, etc. you’ve set yourself up to eat more veggies and in turn you’ll eat less processed junk.

I have two trays and plan to create a fruit one alongside this veggie for those sweet craving. I’m even thinking I’ll add some nuts to each tray for some healthy fats and that added salty crunch.
