A tip I recently learned on TikTok:

Prep a veggie tray weekly to keep in your fridge for a quick snack.

My tips:

🥕 Add Friuts, veggies, meats, cheese. Whatever you know YOU will eat. Make it your own. Just try to be conscious of the choices your making.

🥕Notice the olives in mine? That was an open jar of olives that was in the back of my fridge the last 2 weeks. Since I didn’t see it, I forgot about it. By adding it to the tray, I’m not going to forget about it.

🥕Add a fun dip. If a delicious dip is what makes you reach for the tray more, use it!

🥕This makes meal prep not only easy for you, but also if you have a toddler. I always try to think of what sides I can put with my daughter’s lunches, voila! I can pull out this tray and I have a few easy, accessible options.

I got this tray on Amazon. I love that it’s colorful each compartment is separate, and that you can use it without the dividers to store larger items.
