8 oz pasta

2 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

4 tbsp sun dried tomato pesto

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 tsp red chili flakes

1/4 cup fresh grated pecorino cheese

salt and pepper to taste

Cook the pasta according to package instructions, making sure to save 1 cup of pasta water. Melt butter in a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add sun dried tomato pesto, heavy cream, reserved pasta water, red chili flakes, salt, pepper, and cheese. Stir and simmer until a thick sauce forms. Add cooked pasta and stir to coat all the pasta in the sauce. Enjoy!
