Pumpkin Yogurt with Magic Shell Topping

If you haven’t tried the viral magic shell yogurt cup by now, this is your sign to do it! It’s so easy and makes for a great sweet treat when you need a little pick me up.

Since it’s fall, I decided to make a pumpkin flavored yogurt and top it with semisweet chocolate magic shell. Everyone knows pumpkin and chocolate are a match made in heaven, so this combination turned out truly divine. Here’s how to make it ⬇️

Ingredients for the pumpkin yogurt:

1 cup plain greek yogurt

2 tbsp pumpkin purée

1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 tbsp maple syrup

For the magic shell:

1/4 cup chocolate chips

1/2 tsp coconut oil

a pinch of flaky salt (optional)

Instructions:

Mix all the yogurt ingredients together in a small bowl.

Add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to another small bowl and microwave in 30 second increments until melted.

Pour over the pumpkin yogurt. Use the back of a spoon to make sure the chocolate covers all the yogurt! Top with a pinch of flaky salt and put it in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes, until the chocolate had hardened.

Use the back of a spoon to crack open the chocolate top and enjoy!
