HELP!!!

Help! This is my first pregnancy. I’m 19 and i believe i successfully conceived on July 19th-23rd (birthday weekend 🥳🥳). How should i tell my boyfriend?! We’ve been together 2 years now and we’ve been trying for a few months!, anyone have tips and advice on what to get before the baby comes?!

My symptoms

-have been gaining 10 lbs which I’ve never been able to gain anything the past 3-4 years ive always been 130-135

- tender nips

-no nausea or peeing a lot.
