Absolutely yes!
I only wake up as early as 4-5 am when I have a REASON to. Without a reason, my body won’t stand up from the bed willingly.
Reasons to wake up early:
• Morning classes.
Some of my classes start at 7:30 am. This makes 5 am the best time to wake up, shower and do miscellaneous things, prepare a tasty meal for lunch time and arrive at uni with a lot of parking spots.
• Parking spots.
There is no university in this planet with ENOUGH parking spots. Some students have to park outside the premises of the university because there isn’t a parking lot for them. Waking up early can help you avoid a good parking life.
•Traffic.
Sometimes, traffic can make you half an hour to an hour late. Preparing for such unexpected delays will help you live a stress-less life (In the mornings).
• Time to study!
Who hadn’t fallen asleep studying for a very important test? Waking up early will not only increase the chances of you being able to study in a quiet environment, it also increases your concentration and absorption of the content.
Wake up early! (Unless you don’t have to.)
