Health Roller Coasters Recap in 2023

2023 was a real rollercoaster . There was up & down but the biggest thing was health . Here’s a quick recap of my health journey in 2023 :

1) Life work balance

• i was able to focus on myself by having the work life balance by meditating & prioritise self time

2) Staying hydrated

• Drinking more water was my 2023 resolution and im happy it was cause it changed my health game !

3) Badminton

• Choosing between any outdoor act was a healthy break & badminton really helped my core strength

4) Golfing

• Golfing helped my with a healthy hobby & it really helped my focus alot more in real

life

4) Walk

• Walking atleast 15,000 steps a day was a challenge but took it anyways for a healthy lifestyle
