Hey, my name is Keviah. I’m new to this. I’m a mom of 2 with a passion for Health & Fitness. I just want to motivate someone who is contemplating starting their fitness journey, started their journey but has given up or someone who wants to give up to Keep Going!

I have Two small children who keep me busy so I definitely understand that life gets busy. However, we have to make time for the things that matter most & our health should absolutely matter most. Whatever your reason is for wanting to/starting your fitness journey, let it fuel you. Whether it’s vanity or health related, don’t give up on yourself.
