If you have only 10 min, try this XO sauce Udon!

I just love udon so much that I have always stock up frozen udon in my freezer to satisfy my craving! Who else loves udon?!

Ingredients:

- 1 packet frozen udon

- 2 egg

- Any mushrooms of your choice

- XO sauce

- Minced garlic

Method:

1. First, defrost frozen udon with hot water

2. Beat an egg and mix with XO sauce

3. Heat up some XO sauce in a pan and add in some minced garlic

4. Add in mushrooms and stir-fry till cooked

5. Add in udon and stir fry till softened

6. Lastly, add in the egg mixture and mix well till it has set
