handcrafted artisanal doughnuts in bali

another day, another bali cafe review!

next up is dough darlings— with a 3 storey red brick exterior, it stands out (in a good way).

i was feeling a little peckish mid-day and decided to pop by and try their doughnuts, and some snacks.

✿ ispahan (original doughnut with glazed raspberry, lychee and rose)

— 8/10, im not a huge fan of doughnuts but this was pretty good and not extremely sweet! the flavours were very complementary as well.

✿ nilo misto (fried portobello and zucchini with pesto aioli)

— 9/10, i absolutely love portobello, the batter was really crispy and aioli was so tasty!! -1 for the zucchini as it was a little bitter.

✿ green tea latte with oat milk

— your very standard matcha latte haha

overall, i feel like dough darlings is worth a try, especially if you are looking for a nice place to chill that isnt too crowded in bali. plusss it looks so pretty!! go get your pretty ig pictures hehe
