Worst experience of my life.

As a female, your period is the worst thing ever, especially to me. I was on birth control pills and they hadn’t been working to stop or even slow my periods, which is why i was on it. This was a traumatic experience for me because i’m a teenage female. It sucked. I bled for 17 DAYS and got off for 3 and started again for 7 DAYS. Which could be normal, just 7 days but 24 days without the 3 days in between is over the top. I went to the doctors the second day after i started again and they gave me a depo shot. Which hurt less then i expected it too, but it stopped it after a couple days and then it started again on jan 10th which isn’t normal. I’ve always bled really heavy, but my doctor said spotting was normal on depo but not full periods. So i’m confused and a little but concerned, is there something wrong with me? Is my body normal?

UPDATE #1 1/13‼️: i’m getting an IUD.

UPDATE #2 2/1‼️: Appointment is set for 2/7🤞

UPDATE #3 2/8‼️: Got it over with, Hurt like hell but I think it’ll be best in the long run.🤍
