Make a yummy protein shake w me!

If you’re anything like me, then you have a SWEET TOOTH. I have been working hard to eat healthier but every night I find myself CRAVING something sweet.

Ice cream is a big weakness of mine, but i have found my saving grace!!

This protein shake is SO yummy and it tastes like a peanut butter milkshake which is the perfect solution to my nightly cravings! Not to mention, it is so simple to make!

Ingredients:

• Protein Powder (I chose vanilla)

• Peanut Butter

• Milk

• Ice

All of these items can be substituted for your favorites as well!
