Throughout my years of working out and trying to make healthier choices I’ve realized it’s easiest for me to hide my protein in things i LOVE 🩵💛

This simple coffee is a staple for me and i drink it nearly everyday for 33 grams of protein and a kick of energy I’ll give up that $8 coffee from Starbucks!! Plus if you live in a town like me i don’t even have a Starbucks!

I got all my ingredients (except the protein) from Kroger! I live in a small town with basic places!
