Chia seed overnight oats are the perfect make-ahead breakfast that are great for meal prepping! ✨
Ingredients:
¾ cup old fashion oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 ¼ cup plant-based milk
¼ cup plant-based yogurt
¼ tsp superfood powders (optional)
Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a jar or container. Set aside for 3-5 minutes.
2. Stir again, then cover and place in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
3. Remove from the fridge, stir, and serve.
