I want to start off by saying I AM NOT a reader. Or up until this year I was NOT a reader.
I set one of my 2023 goals as to read 20 books for the year.
I am currently 13 in (the most I have EVER read) and I have learned so many valuable things (which I will continue to share - in relation to wellness, mindset, mental health, etc).
BOOK 1: BREAKING THE HABIT OF BEING YOURSELF: The neuroscience behind meditation - one of the most life changing books I have ever read. About putting the power back into your hands.
BOOK 2: A RETURN TO LOVE: Stick with this one - the concept is what you will need to focus on. Be open minded because the values and principals that are taught are ones you NEED to carry for life.
BOOK 3: HOW TO DO THE WORK: A combo of my favorite things, teaching a holistic approach to self care, therapy, wellness, and tactical approaches and skills you can implement NOW.
