Welcome to 30-Minute Meals! Today, we’re making Stir-Fry Yaki Udon in the oven. Yes, you heard that right! This not only saves you from cleaning up oil splatters, but you also don’t have to watch it closely.

Sauce:
4 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (bulldong brand)
2 tbsp soy sauce
For the rest of the dish:
150g pork, thinly sliced and cut into strips
½ tsp salt
½ pepper
600g udon
100g bean sprouts
200g cabbage
160g green peppers
50g carrots
Sharp Healsio setting:
Auto Sensor Cook > Stir Fry > Start
Manual setting > Water Oven 2 > 1 tray (upper) > No Preheat > 19minutes at 200C
1. First, use thin pork slices. Season them with salt and pepper, then set them aside. Next, slice the cabbage, capsicum, and carrots into thin strips and set them aside.
2. Loosen the noodles according to the packaging instructions. Add ketchup, oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce,soy sauce, and coat the noodles well.
3. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Spread the noodles on the tray, then add the vegetables, followed by the meat. The order is important!
