& I get it. It can be hard.

My actual self image used to be in the garbage can.

Here is one of my favorite techniques that channeled using my intuition to raise mine 👇🏼

Find 125 attributes about yourself & find examples to emotionally connect to them & prove to your brain that they are true.

EXAMPLE-

I am funny (I made XYZ laugh today)

I am beautiful (XYZ told me how stunning I looked today)

I am intuitive (my intuition channeled this tool that not only helped me but others as well)
