Homemade granola is a versatile and nutritious treat. With its crunchy texture and customizable ingredients, it offers a delightful blend of flavors. Whether enjoyed with yogurt or as a snack, it provides a wholesome start to the day, packed with energy and the satisfaction of knowing you made it yourself. Not to mention a LOT cheaper as well.

Ingredients:

3 tbsp Peanut Butter

3 tbsp Honey

1 cup Rolled Oats

1/4 cup Almonds

2-3 drops Vanilla Extract

1/8 cup Chia Seeds

Step-by-Step:

1. Mix the wet ingredients together - honey, peanut butter and vanilla extract.

2. Add in the dry ingredients - rolled oats, almonds and chia seeds.

3. Mix the concoction together well.

4. Afterwards, lay the granola onto a baking tray and bake at 170 degree celcius for 15-20mins. Stir the granola 10 mins in to ensure even heat dispersion.

5. When baked, let the granola cool at room temperature before crumbling.
