This is for all of my girlies who want to kick off their new year on a positive note or if you just want to start your healing journey in general, these three books have been keeping me going so far.

1) The Self Care Planner by Meera Lester- This is a great calendar/planner for each month. This journal style book will help you plan out your month & help you prioritize your daily tasks. This journal gives you different tips each week on how to take care of yourself and you’re able to set your intentions of each month as well as reflect on how you did each week. Great book!!

2) Soul Therapy by Jacqueline Kademian- This is GREAT for people who struggle to journal everyday. I never seem to know what to write down and this journal gives you DAILY prompts to write about, it’s very helpful and it’s been helping me reflect on a lot of situations, it’s slowly but surely helping me heal. Writing is very important on your healing journey!!!

3) This is How You Heal by Brianna Wiest- Now this is one of my favorite books to recommend to anyone!! This book has made me look at my life at an entire different perspective. A lot of my negative thoughts were immediately out of my head after I read this. This books gives you a lot a reassurance and it will absolutely help you heal from a lot of situations!!
