have you ever heard the term “soundbath” or “sound healing” & wondered what the f*ck is that?! if so, keep reading 😉

sound healing is a form of meditation that utilizes sound frequencies to help you drop into a deeper meditative state.

using instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, & chimes, sound healers like myself “bathe” participants in sound waves, & through a process called entrainment, the vibrations emitted by the instruments influence the brain waves to go from an active to a more relaxed state… so no, water is not involved 💦
