Let me tell you about the ONLY dessert you need this spring 🍋
Lemon Tarts w/ Daisy Whipped Cream
…oh yeah, it’s dairy free, gluten free AND almost entirely refined sugar free!
Here’s what you’ll need:
@sweetlorens sugar cookie dough
-Any Lemon tart filling recipe
(Swap any butter or milk for dairy free alternatives)
-@countrycrock plant based whipping cream (make whipped cream from package recipe!)
Here’s what you’ll do!
🍋In miniature pie pans form cookie dough to cover like a pie crust. Bake on 375 degrees for 15 minutes. When they come out, use a class to “depuff” cookie and form crust shape. When completely cooked, Place in freezer to set, until ready to use!
🍋Make filling as instructed! Once room temperature pour in crust. Let sit in the fridge (I prefer overnight!)
🍋Make plant based whipping cream with vanilla and maple or powdered sugar. Use a decorating bag and a large round tip to make the daisy
Keep chilled until serving.
🍋They are creamy, mildly sweet, refreshing, decadent AND so good everyone will want to eat them!
