MY HAIR WASH ROUTINE 🫧💗🌟🚿

Training my hair to only need a wash once a week has changed my life, but with that being said, I take my hair wash routine very seriously 🫧

Every week I make sure to make my hair wash days all about my hair- applying any treatments beforehand & styling for the rest of the week 🌟

MY HAIR WASHING ROUTINE:

IN SHOWER 🚿

+ This might come off as a red flag to some, but I literally use whatever shampoo/conditioner is already in my shower & have my whole life…I mean if it works it works!

+ I shampoo my hair, rinse, & repeat, but before my final shampoo rinse I make sure to get my scalp extra sudsy using my scalp massager.

+ Finally, I apply conditioner only to my ends and use cold water for my final rinse to close my hair cuticles and help reduce frizzy hair.

OUT OF SHOWER 🧖🏻‍♀️

+ I always wrap my hair in a microfiber towel, so I can avoid causing my frizz wherever possible.

+ Sometimes I will use my scalp massager even after I get out of the shower to stimulate even more blood flow to my scalp and therefore, promote hair growth.

POST-SHOWER 🪮

+ Next, I get my hair ready to blow-dry.

+ First, I brush out my hair with my favorite detangler brush & apply the all-time best anti-frizz treatment ever.

+ Then, I section my hair using a pick comb & claw clip and blow-dry with my blow dryer brush.

+ Once I am done blow drying my hair I love placing my curtain bangs back out of my face using a matte pomade in the ends!
