20min Pilates workout

I started Pilates at the top of 2023. Move with Nicole and Elenifit were the first people I ever watched on Youtube. I loved the fact that I could do pilates at home and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. I fell in love with mat during my 30 day transformation.

Fast forward to today and I’m still doing pilates even though I’m 27 weeks pregnant!! Pilates has completely changed my life and I wanted to share one of my favorite go to pregnancy safe pilates workouts.
