This single-serve air fryer baked oatmeal is a quick and easy recipe which is not just perfect for breakfast, but also as a dessert, snack, or even supper. It is super easy to put together and tastes like a mix between a vanilla cake and banana bread. It is also super versatile with lots of flavour variations to play around with. INGREDIENTS
½ cup rolled oats
½ tsp baking powder
¼ cinnamon powder
1 small banana / ½ large banana
1 egg
¼ cup milk (sub with any milk of choice)
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp honey
¼ tsp vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add the oats into a blender and blend into powder form.
2. Add the rest of the dry ingredients, followed by wet ingredients. Blend everything until smooth.
3. Pour half of the blended mixture into a buttered ramekin. Add a tablespoon of peanut butter and pour the rest of the batter.
4. Air fry at 180°C for 8-12 minutes (baking time varies according to your air fryer).
5. Allow the oatmeal to cool for 10 minutes before serving and enjoy!
