I used a whole package of chicken breast which was about 4 lbs, seasoned and cooked. I cut them in half, season them, and cook on 350* for 30 mins. Place them in the bowl with the cream cheese cover with a towel and wait about 5-10 mins for the cheese to soften. I shred my chicken with a hand mixer while it is all still warm, makes it much easier to do. Then add 1 cup of mayo, 1 cup of sour cream, seasons, mix. Cut up about 5 stalks of celery and then you’re finished. ✅
