Here is my current go to breakfast that is high protein and low calorie. I’m a very picky eater so these are simple but delicious meals.
I am currently trying do stay in a caloric deficit of 1600 calories.
I am 5’10 and 209 lbs as of this morning. My goal weight is 150 lbs.
