Kid friendly dinner for under 500 calories

1 bag walmart taco salad kit

1lb lean ground beef

Garlic

Taco seasoning

Snack size bag of chips

I skip the topping that came with the salad kit for myself and added far free cheddar instead and i added tomatoes. You could also use fat free sour cream or plain greek yogurt but i stuck with the dressing from the kit

Makes 4 good size servings
