Hello foodie 👋🏻 today I’m showing you how I made this healthy chicken wrap in the morning!⛅️ It’s pretty simple and quick to make, let’s make it together 🙌🏻☺️

First, we may need to get all the ingredients well prepared✨For this healthy chicken wrap, we need ingredients as listed below 👇🏻

Ingredients:

Tortilla 🫓 x 1

Cucumber 🥒 (cut into slices)

Tomato 🍅 (cut into slices)

Lettuce 🥬 x 1 slice

Instant chicken breast x 1 (I’m using instant one to save time here or you can use any chicken or meat you have)

To save more time, we can cut all the vege last night and make morning preparation even more easier 😉 but it’s still fine to cut it in the morning!

Making Process👇🏻

1. Let’s start with heating up the tortilla using pan for 15s each sides and take it out, put it on a plate☝🏻

3. Then, we put all the ingredients in the centre of tortilla

4. Add sauces like mayonnaise and mustard

5. Wrap it up by folding the sides first and roll it up

Then, we are done ✅ cut it into half to enjoy or eat it as a whole🌯Enjoy now!
