Low Calories Wrap Lunch

🗣 Who like to slim down must read this, i found out a super low calories food. That is wrap, just bought it from any store/ market.

🍽 Wrap egg and vege

Level ：👩🏻‍🍳

For 2 person 💁‍♀️

Step🪜:

1)prepare all ingredient vegetable, egg, wrap.

2)wash the vegetable and egg.

3)cut the vegetable.

4)fry vegetable with oil

5)stir the egg balance, and put into wok

6)put some soy sauce 1tea spoon or salt

7)last take it out put it in the wrap

8)folded the wrap, then is done
