Ingredients
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 banana
- Β½ cup Greek yogurt
- Β½ cup milk (or almond milk)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Β½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Add pumpkin puree, banana, Greek yogurt, milk, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- For a thicker smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy chilled.
