My second half marathon, First in Malaysia 🙊

Sleepless, unplanned, under trained and unprepared race 😂

Registered 2 days before race day because I was planning to do long run. Nak buat kat event sebab lagi discipline, kalau buat sendiri sometimes lipak and malas bangun pagi🤣

Macam dah DNS sebab tak boleh tidur, tapi layankan saja~ managed to run in my comfortable pace until KM18 Alhamdulillah.

I've tried new energy gel for KM 10 and KM 17. Because Gel SIS ada 1 je. Dah makan before FO. Unfortunately, yang new gel tu tak ngam dengan perut.

Drama muntah dan side stitched tu ada time last loop. Body terus rejected new gel tu😂

Route sedap la jugak layan rolling dia tu👍🏻

Apa-apa pun compression tight from @2xu_msia sangat lah perform ye😭 alhamdulillah no cramp, sharp pain or anything. Despite being undertrained, i can still run! First time pakai buat race, terus macam lahh perform shilarrr~
