Low-Cal Egg White Pancake

This was my first time trying an all egg white pancake and honestly I really love it for what you get with the macros. I’m trying keto for the first time and love pancakes and bread, so this was such a great alternative solution!! Next time I’m going to add more cinnamon and maybe sugar free maple syrup or monkfruit sweetener to the mix to give a stronger taste and more toppings!! I also don’t have a mixer or frother right now so what I did was mix it all in an air tight container and shake vigorously and it works the exact same!!
